I am Krishna Penumerthy, the founder and president of the company.

My initial interest in business consulting started early on in high school when I discovered how business can shape the future of communities and countries. Fast-forward a few years and I was picking a degree/diploma in management, finance, and human resources from the university. I find that business consulting has a profound and positive impact on the psyche of any business entity.

In my work, I like to emphasize self-reliance and self-discovery, meaning that I prefer to take the role of a facilitator or a mentor, rather than being the one with the answers. My methodology follows the current research in the field overall, and I take care of keeping on top of all new developments in the field.

Underlyte in 2020 took and successfully completed the remodeling of existing sterilization room and add new equipment to the room

Underlyte was engaged in 2021 by a group of doctors to help construct, set up, and operate a new pain management clinic. The goal was to hand over the reins of the operations of the clinic after 3 months of being operational
